Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Hardware Design Engineer based in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced hardware systems, including hardware architecture, circuit design, and overall system integration. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative hardware solutions, testing and troubleshooting designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a critical role in driving hardware projects from concept to production and ensuring delivery within timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proven expertise in Hardware Development – full life cycle and Electronics Hardware Design & Tools.
- Strong skills in Hardware Design and Circuit Design
- Experience in Hardware Architecture development and implementation
- Proficiency in relevant design tools and simulation software
- Hardware Troubleshooting & Prototype testing & validation.
- Ability to manage the team with higher level of responsibility, collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry standards and hardware certification processes.
