Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent communication with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, including facilities, supplies, and equipment
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to colleagues, clients, and visitors
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support HR activities, such as recruitment and employee onboarding
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0-1 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
