- Manage area sales of our X-Lite products across India by creating dealership channels.
- Manage and support dealers and customers, including identifying qualified dealers and getting them on board for the sales of our products.
- Participate in business development, market evaluation, sales forecasting and monitoring of customers and leads within the assigned area.
- Develop, maintain and improve relationships with key dealers and customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelors or Diploma Degree in either Electrical/Electronic major.
- Relevant experience in business development, direct sales, account management and cross-selling.
- Good communication skills, preferably multi-lingual. (Tamil, English & Hindi)
- Should be willing to travel across India, if required.
- 1-3 years experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Channel Sales.
- At least a year of experience in the Fire and Safety domain is preferred.
